Orders delivery costs
The delivery costs of your order depend on 1) the weight of the order 2) the geographical area. The delivery costs of your order will be explicitly displayed during the checkout process, before you make your purchase. SARAH BOUNAB cannot be held responsible for any actions and/or fees and/or taxes (which are the responsibility of the customer) and/or delays due to customs services over which it has no control.
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation will be sent with information about your order. You will receive tracking link too. If you have not received your tracking link a week after your purchase, please contact us and we will help you. In case the product would not be available anymore, SARAH BOUNAB will recontact you as soon as possible and offer an equivalent product in terms of functionality, quality and price, or a refund.
After confirmation of the order and its payment, orders are shipped within seven business days from Switzerland (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not business days), subject to stock availability and except for the specific case of products sold on pre-order. Products are packaged so not to be damaged during shipping. Duration of the delivery then depends on the carrier and the country of delivery. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It is possible that your items may arrive earlier than the estimated delivery date. Please also note that while we make every effort to deliver your products within the advertised time frame, delivery dates are estimates only, are not guaranteed, and cannot be relied upon against us. Exceeding the estimated delivery time indicated shall not give rise to any cancellation of the order, to any reduction in the price paid by the purchaser or to any payment of damages, it being specified that in certain particular cases (e.g. products marketed as"pre-orders") the times indicated may be longer.
SARAH BOUNAB provides services within the agreed timeframe according to the terms of the contract. Force majeure such as general mobilisation, war, riots, strikes, lockouts, lockdowns, fire, natural disasters, transport hindrances, changes in legal regulations, administrative measures or the occurrence of other unforeseen external events beyond SARAH BOUNAB's sphere of influence which prevent SARAH BOUNAB from making a timely delivery shall result in an appropriate and reasonable extension of the delivery period.
Pre-orders delivery time
Products from our shop may occasionally be available for pre-order only. This means that you can buy these items so that they are reserved for you when we have them in stock again. Delivery times for pre-order products are always estimates: many external factors, beyond our control, may delay the availability of our new productions and therefore delivery times cannot be fixed or guaranteed. However, if a new delivery time is announced and is no longer convenient for you, we will, upon your request, refund your entire order at no additional cost.
Outside Switzerland, your order may be held in customs for one to several days. At that time, orders are delivered by the carrier upon receipt of payment of customs duties and taxes provided by the country of the receiver. Please keep an eye on the tracking and don't hesitate to contact us if you need help. You will also need to provide a phone number on the shipping page during checkout, which is important if the carrier needs additional information in order to ensure delivery.
Carriers used for deliveries
Order are delivered with the Switzerland Post service. This carrier guarantees at least a delivery from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 6 pm and may require a signature. Please provide a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery. Alternatively, you can choose to have your package delivered to a pick-up location if 1) the carrier offers the option 2) if you request it yourself to the carrier.
Signature upon delivery
For security reasons, an adult signature may be required for delivery. The customer must then check the conformity of the products delivered at the time of delivery before signing the carrier's delivery note. The customer must indicate on this delivery note and in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by his signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged product, etc.). This verification is considered to have been carried out as soon as the customer, or a person of his choice, has signed the delivery note. No complaint about the condition of the package(s) delivered will then be admissible. In case of reservations about the delivery, the customer must also confirm them to the carrier at the latest within 3 working days following receipt of the item(s) and send a copy of this letter to SARAH BOUNAB. Please beware that if you are not available to acknowledge receipt of your order, you must contact the carrier using the tracking link provided in order to rearrange delivery.
We currently deliver all over the world with the exception of Iran and North Korea. Deliveries to Russia are currently suspended.
Modifying a delivery address
If you need to change your shipping information after you place your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including the shipping address, cannot be changed once the order has been shipped.
Delivery to multiple addresses
Currently, we can only process one shipping address per order. To have your items shipped to different addresses, please place one order per shipping address.
In the event of an incomplete address, wrong address, refusal of the package by the recipient or lack of information leading to the impossibility of delivering the product to the recipient in time, SARAH BOUNAB cannot be held responsible for the final quality of this delivery. In the event of the absence of the recipient, according to the carrier's general delivery conditions, the product may therefore be presented again and/or deposited in an agreed relay point and/or in front of the customer's home and/or in a carrier's "sorting-waiting" centre and/or returned to SARAH BOUNAB which cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, damage to the products in connection with their delivery and, in general, for the final quality of the delivery. In the event that delivery is impossible and the product is returned to SARAH BOUNAB by the carrier, SARAH BOUNAB will not make a new delivery. It is also your responsibility to receive your order if the carrier is trying to reach you or deliver you. If an order is returned to us due to a delivery failure, we have the right to charge you the delivery fee a second time if you wish to be delivered again. Similarly, for any order refused or unclaimed to the carrier, SARAH BOUNAB reserves the right to deduct from the order's refund the return's cost invoiced by the carrier. For security reasons, SARAH BOUNAB cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes or accept orders where the personal delivery address cannot be identified.
