RETURN POLICY

Right of withdrawal

If you have changed your mind or if you are not completely satisfied with an item purchased from www.sarahbounab.com, you have a period of fourteen(14) days from the day of delivery of the product(s) to notify the customer service of the desire to return the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you therefore must inform us first. Any parcel returned after the announced deadlines will be refused and sent back to the sender. No packages returned as cash on delivery will be accepted, whatever the reason. The costs and risks associated with the return of product(s) are the responsibility of the sender. For customer service to accept the refund, the product(s) must be returned in their original condition, as new, unused, with the label attached, in resalable condition and not requiring repackaging before being put back on sale. Accessories sold with the product(s) as well as the box or packaging must also be returned in their entirety and in new condition as well. No refunds will be processed for product(s) that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

Return shipping costs

Please note we do not refund shipping fees: if you don't want your order anymore and you decide to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please acknowledge that SARAH BOUNAB cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage of the package. Packages for which the identification of the customer(name,first name, address) is not possible, will be refused. All returns must be made by a traceable method (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.) and the tracking number must be communicated to SARAH BOUNAB. 

Processing time of a return

Upon receipt of the product(s) returned by the customer, the customer service will send an email confirming receipt of the product(s). If the customer exercises this right in a regular manner, SARAH BOUNAB will reimburse the customer for the sums paid for the purchase of the returned product(s)(thus excluding any customs fees), within a maximum period of seven(7) days. You will receive an email notification when the return is processed. We will refund you in the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. No other fees will be applied.

Receiving a faulty item

If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately: faulty items shall be replaced as soon as possible. Please contact our Customer Service as soon as you can.

Disclaimer

We will take legal action against all fraudulent activities in connection with any attempt to reverse or obtain a refund of a valid invoice for an order that was properly completed and delivered and not subject to a right of return. This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your rights, contact the competent authorities, consumer associations or the equivalent in your jurisdiction. Warranty policy

The products purchased on the SARAH BOUNAB website are covered by the two-year legal warranty of the seller against the lack of conformity in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code des Obligations(art.210 C.O) and the seller's legal warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Civil Code.

Legal guarantee against hidden defects

SARAH BOUNAB shall deliver to the customer a product free of hidden defects that would make it unsuitable for its intended use, or that would diminish this use so much that the customer would not have acquired it if he had known about them. These guarantees will only come into play if the customer makes the request within twenty-four(24) months of delivery of the product (for the legal guarantee of conformity) or of the discovery of the defect (fort he legal guarantee of hidden defects). Defects of conformity that appear within twenty-four(24) months of delivery are presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise. In all cases, it shall be up to the customer to prove that he/she fulfils the conditions of the guarantee. In case of lack of conformity and/or hidden defects recognized by SARAH BOUNAB, if it is decided to return the product, the customer shall send it to the following address: Pulse Incubateur Hes, c/o Sarah Bounab, Rue de Lyon, 22, 1201 Genève, Switzerland. The customer must have previously contacted the Customer Service.

Repair

For any repair needs resulting from what the consumer consider to be a problem, it is imperative that you first contact our Customer Service.

Return of product(s) under warranty

During the warranty period products may be returned to us for repair or replacement if they have a manufacturing defect or malfunction: return costs are your responsibility. This information correlates with the warranty policy disclaimer detailed in the following article. Please note that we do not refund the cost of returns for product(s) under warranty that are returned to us 30 days after delivery of the purchase. Please acknowledge that SARAH BOUNAB cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or damage of the package. Packages for which the identification of the customer(name ,first name, address) is not possible, will be refused. All returns must be made by a traceable method (UPS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.) and the tracking number must be communicated to SARAH BOUNAB. 

Warranty policy disclaimer

The buyer has no right to ask for a refund of the purchase price and is also not allowed to request a price reduction or termination of the purchase contract. Please be informed that the warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by a non-authorized person or service.
- Damage or loss during transit when you return an item for repair or replacement.
- Normal cosmetic and mechanical wear.
